ask Congress to impeach President Bush and Vice President Cheney for the following reasons:
1. Violating the United Nations Charter by launching an illegal “War of Aggression” against Iraq without cause, using fraud to sell the war to Congress and the public, misusing government funds to begin bombing without Congressional authorization, and subjecting our military personnel to unnecessary harm, debilitating injuries, and deaths.

2. Violating U.S. and international law by authorizing the torture of thousands of captives, resulting in dozens of deaths, and keeping prisoners hidden from the International Committee of the Red Cross.

3. Violating the Constitution by arbitrarily detaining Americans, legal residents, and non-Americans, without due process, without charge, and without access to counsel.

4. Violating the Geneva Conventions by targeting civilians, journalists, hospitals, and ambulances, and using illegal weapons, including white phosphorous, depleted uranium, and a new type of napalm.

5. Violating U.S. law and the Constitution through widespread wiretapping of the phone calls and emails of Americans without a warrant.

6. Violating the Constitution by using “signing statements” to defy hundreds of laws passed by Congress.

7. Violating U.S. and state law by obstructing honest elections in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006.

8. Violating U.S. law by using paid propaganda and disinformation, selectively and misleadingly leaking classified information, and exposing the identity of a covert CIA operative working on sensitive WMD proliferation for political retribution.

9. Subverting the Constitution and abusing Presidential power by asserting a “Unitary Executive Theory” giving unlimited powers to the President, by obstructing efforts by Congress and the Courts to review and restrict Presidential actions, and by promoting and signing legislation negating the Bill of Rights and the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

10. Gross negligence in failing to assist New Orleans residents after Hurricane Katrina, in ignoring urgent warnings of an Al Qaeda attack prior to Sept. 11, 2001, and in increasing air pollution causing global warming.

The laws this administration has created to protect themselves from war crimes need to be overturned, Their is no Statue of limitations to prosecute war criminals. These criminals need to be prosecuted before the world court for the murders of 911 against the American people and the murders in Iraq, The Corporate profits they have made for themselves and their Big Oil buddies are criminally gained, and should be gave back to the people they stole from. To help rebuild America and Iraq. What about the freedoms that were taken from us to spy on who found out the truth ,so they could shut them up. What about the comments Bush made about the constitution just being a piece of paper.

It is our responsibility as Americans to bring these criminals to justice.

I am a woman with a great spirit that has been feeling the pain of our Mothers cry for quite some time now, I believe the spirit that dwells within me is connected to all life and that’s why I have heard the screams of our Mother. I believe she lives in all life and all life can hear her if they choose to listen. Our animal brothers and sisters can hear her more clearly than the human race, obviously or our planet wouldn’t be so sick.

We must stop the raping and pillaging of our Mother Earth ,and begin to heal her wounds and clean up what we have disrespectfully soiled on, and I’m using the phrase soiled on to be polite.

We must put an end to the greed and hate that has taken over power in our countries , we must take back our planet from those who seek to profit from her resources while trying to destroy her and her inhabitants.

I believe she has already started to protect herself, buy putting into place the consequences for abusing her gifts.

“Global Warming” ,is a eviction notice sent from our Mother , saying grow up now children , or you shall perish, our mother will heal and live on with out us.
I live in a small town in OHIO USA 15 miles away from any big city, I had little education growing up ,I made it to the ninth grade , I educated myself ,got my GED and did a year in collage majored in electronic engineering, I couldn’t finish due to my disabilities and life situation at the time.

I am not proud of my Government in any way, I believe the Administration that has run our Country the past 8 years, are traitors to the planet and to its own people,
they should be held accountable for their crimes against us and the world.
I believe all Governments should be held accountable without statue that have seek ed to only profit from their appointed offices ,instead of doing the job the people elected them to do,  Governments and their cabinets members  that have created  and passed laws that protect them and their Lobbying friends from accountability for the crimes , and damages they have caused across the globe , need to be brought to justice before the world for their crimes against the whole.
